The founders of a new startup called Wigix are calling eBay old school, and don’t hesitate to target boycotting sellers incensed by recently imposed eBay seller fees. The name is short for WantItGotIt Exchange, and is modeled after the stock market rather than the competitive bid auction model.

If MySpace were to lose its top spot among social networks, it’d have a long way to fall. Though US visits to the powerhouse were down five percent since last year, MySpace still commanded nearly 74% of the social networking market, according to Hitwise.
Facebook, long in second place but up 32%, pulled in nearly 15% of US social networkers, a share that towers over its nearest competitor’s.

A literary agent is suing the Wikimedia Foundation and Wikipedia contributors for negative comments, but Wikimedia says it’s not liable for user-generated content.
Barbara Bauer filed a lawsuit in New Jersey Superior Court alleging that the Wikimedia Foundation is liable for postings that called her one of the "Dumbest of the twenty worst" agents, who has "no documented sales at all."
